No winners of major lotto draws as Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot reaches P168.7 million


 Manila, Philippines - There were no winners in the Ultra Lotto 6/58 and Superlotto 6/49 draws on September 15. The winning numbers for Ultra Lotto 6/58 were 31-22-19-43-37-05, and the jackpot is now P168,722,286.80. The winning numbers for Superlotto 6/49 were 32-25-15-19-21-09, and the prize is now P54,359,713.20.

DOH Warns Against Unregulated Mpox Vaccines

Manila, Philippines - The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a public warning against purchasing mpox vaccines that are allegedly imported from other countries. DOH spokesperson, Asec. Albert Domingo, expressed concern about the safety and efficacy of these unregulated vaccines. Domingo explained that these vaccines may not adhere to the necessary cold chain storage conditions, rendering them ineffective. Moreover, the World Health Organization has only recently prequalified the mpox vaccine, and global supply is currently prioritized for regions with high outbreak rates, such as Africa. The DOH spokesperson emphasized the potential risks associated with these unregulated vaccines, stating that they could provide a false sense of security.
